Branson Capital was “unofficially” started by directors Brandon Naicker and Jason Pillay, with a play on their names formulating Branson. We say “unofficially”, due to the fact that Brandon and Jason, with almost 40 years of combined experience in the banking industry, first left banking and started a financial services company named BRK Financial Services, that expanded exponentially resulting in several branches throughout Kwa Zulu Natal. This growth meant that their clients now had more financial needs to be met, which resulted in INFINITII FSP 47673 being established, offering a wider selection of financial products to their clients.

Brandon and Jason then decided to appoint company directors to run their business entities and took up trading as a hobby. While trading their private funds, family and friends wanted to be part of this journey with them. Since they came from a banking and insurance background, which are highly regulated industries, they decided to formulate a company. Branson Capital was born.

They then wanted to partner with an institution, that met the “fit and proper” industry requirements to ensure that their capital as well as that of their loved ones was secure. Their journey then began with CM Trading, which is one of, if not the best and most credible trading institutions in the country. Branson Capital’s base of operation is now in Umhlanga Rocks, Durban. They have partnered with Nalai International, to take their clients to the next level of alternative investments. Branson Capital clients now have access to offshore markets offering a more favorable tax solution to investing. With Nalai International clients will secure a Bond underpinned by PKF Auditing Firm and Vontobel, a Swiss asset management bank. This allows Branson Capital to see to the investment needs of our clients all over the world.
